Electricity generation using Bio-Gas

In goshala, biogas is generated using cow-dung and slurry. Using this biogas electricity is produced. Daily, 30 Horse power electricity is generated for 4 to 6 hours. The wastage dried cow dung is used as fertilizer in fields. Consequently, electricity and money is saved. SGF conducts seminars and farmers and interested groups are conveyed about the information of this practical implementation and importance of usage of non-traditional source of energy.

Ingredients required for the preparation of Jeevamrut is Fresh cow dung 10 kg, Water 200 litre, Cow urine 10 litre, Virgin soil 500 gm and Jaggery 2 kg.
