Pooja Pawar was seriously injured when a toy shop caught fire in Ozarde village in Wai taluka. People in the area rushed her to the Civil Hospital in Satara, but no one there noticed her and asked them to take her to a private hospital in Pune. The condition of Ramdas Pawar's house was deplorable. This news reached to Shri Kadsiddheshwar Swamiji. Swamiji then contacted him and admitted her to Siddhagiri Hospital for further treatment. After that the Pooja gradually started getting better. Later on, Swamiji foster care responsibility of all the future expenses of Pooja Pawar's medical expenses, education, job and marriage.
